SOCIAL SERVICES SURGERY

Social Services are offering a free surgery at this GP practice providing advice and information about the services available.
What we can offer:

Advice and information on eligibility for Social services support.

Examples of services include: Equipment and adaptations

Services to support people living at home

Residential placements

Services for carers Day services

Surgeries will be held on the 3rd Friday of every month between 9:30am until 12:30pm with Michelle Macartney on an appointment basis. The first surgery will be held on Friday 18th November.

In November we became involved in the Diabetes Prevention Study at the surgery. Click here to find out more

Medical Students!

Ten new medical students started their training at the practice this month under the direction of Dr. Mansfield. They will be with the practice every Thursday in term time until May 2012.
